# Floor Price

{% hint style="success" %}

## Token Price <mark style="color:blue;">Warranty</mark>

{% endhint %}

Projects that conduct IDO fundraising on Ivy Launcher will negotiate with operation team to determine the **floor price** of the token in secondary market.&#x20;

The funds raised will be unlocked and distributed to the project in terms, and the difference between market price and floor price will be compared before fund release.

{% hint style="info" %}

### If, the token price >= floor price

{% endhint %}

The project will receive the funds raised at this stage.

{% hint style="info" %}

### Or, the token price <  floor price&#x20;

{% endhint %}

The funds released at current stage will be used to automatically repurchase tokens until the market price returns to the floor price.

If there is a surplus, it will be released to the project address. In some cases, it is insufficient to boost the price back, then the loop will be repeated in the next release term.

#### The repurchase mechanism based on floor price will benefit

1. Maintain the rights and interests of users participating in the purchase of IDO projects
2. Create an arbitrage space, which is conducive to stimulating users to buy
