Cooldown
In order to ensure the rights and interests of users to participate in IDO fairly, the accounts of users who successfully participate in the IDO project will have a seven days cooldown period.
Within seven days, the user account cannot register the IDO subscription of other projects.
The cooldown period is only applicable to user accounts that have successfully participated in the IDO purchase.
If the user is successfully included in the IDO purchase list, but fails to participate in the purchase due to various reasons will not be affected, and can participate in another project immediately.
